You will note that the retail price is listed, along with your percentage
discount and the resulting wholesale price you are paying using this order
form. 
When you have
determined which products you wish to purchase, simply enter the quantity

button next to it. Your order is confirmed at the end of your
purchase, and normally is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If you have
